Baby Herman really exists!!!

What the...!?

Seriously how does one get a baby drunk and not realize it?
I mean I'm a bartender and I can tell you the kid didn't look old enough AT ALL.
Must have had a fake id.
Little bastard.
Plus I can smell alcohol quite easily so why didn't the mom when she poured it into the cup or bottle?

I guess it's lucky the kid is too young to drive.
Have to see the silver lining SOMEWHERE.
