The REAL reason there's childhood obesity

Some douche on CNN today was talking about how white rice cereal kick-starts childhood obesity these days.

I think it has more to do with the fact that kids don't play outside anymore and eat a bunch of crap.

THAT'S why kids are fat.

Maybe if kids got off their asses and away from the TV or video games then MAYBE they would lose some weight.
I have family that use TV as a way of keeping their kids occupied...
Some of them have even called it their "electric babysitter".

And coincidentally their children are "husky".

Go figure.

I'm hard pressed to see kids outside playing now.
Or riding bikes.
Even outside at all.
Heck I have friends who literally live a block from their kids' school and THEY DRIVE THEM TO WORK.

Really!?

They could literally watch them go to school from inside their house.
When I was a kid in the summer we would disappear all afternoon on our bikes.
Because if WE didn't find something to do...
Mom would've found something else for us to do.
Like clean our rooms.

And we weren't having THAT.

We are raising generations of lazy, unhealthy people.

So some cereal that doctors have been suggesting for YEARS isn't the culprit...

It's utter laziness.

And I'm not just talking about the kids.
